What this request covers
These instructions apply to personal information held by HELLOCON Engineering & Construction Private Limited from website enquiries, Facebook or Instagram messages, comments and lead forms, including records processed by our HELLOCON AI Assistant app through HELYX. You can request deletion without creating a website account or signing in here.
1. Email your request
Send an email to business@hellocon.in with the subject Delete my data — HELLOCON. Say that you want your personal enquiry information deleted and whether you contacted us through the website, Facebook or Instagram.
Include your relevant account username or profile link and an approximate enquiry date so we can locate the records. If you shared a phone number or email with us, include only the details needed to identify that enquiry. You may specify particular records or ask us to review all personal enquiry records associated with you.
2. Confirm the enquiry belongs to you
Our team may ask for limited confirmation from the email address or social account used for the enquiry to protect other people’s information. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment details or identity documents with your initial request.
3. Review and confirmation
Requests are reviewed manually. After verification, our team will identify applicable records in HELYX and HELLOCON-controlled enquiry records, including related sales-team copies, and process your deletion request. We will contact you about the outcome or any further information needed.
Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing service, a legal obligation or a dispute. If that affects your request, our team will explain the relevant reason and scope. This page does not perform an immediate automatic deletion when you open it.
Data held by other services
A request to HELLOCON does not delete your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account, public content, or records independently held by Meta or Google. Use those services’ privacy and account controls for their own records. Removing an app connection does not by itself delete records already received by HELLOCON; email us to request that deletion as well.
